“I was the wedding planner for a wedding held at Independence this past weekend and I cannot say enough great things about this venue, staff and food. The staff was unbelievable. Megan and her team were responsive, quick, incredibly warm and friendly and hard, hard workers. They staffed appropriately for the guest size for the event, which is huge, were able to flip rooms, set & break ceremony sites, change plans on a dime, all with smiles on their faces and great attitudes. The venue was beautiful and they were incredibly flexible with our plans given potential weather and possible changes. Highly recommend this venue and Megan & team. I would love to work out there again!”

“Cannot compliment the staff or the facilities enough. My family and I were made more than welcome by every staff member and we had a blast from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Elliott, Jerry, Ted, all the starters who smiled every minute of the day and to the warm and friendly staff in both tavern 19 and tavern 19 express. The Greenskeepers should be proud of themselves for the high quality of the course, it is immaculate and plays well.
